• The principal author and presenter must be registered for the event
• The abstract will be submitted to the scientific committee and will be select papers for presentation as a poster during the event. There will be certification.
•By submitting an abstract the author authorizes the publication of the same, if approved, in the Magazine of the Congress.
• Poster presenters are personally responsible for affixing and removal of their posters. Assistance and material for mounting the poster will be provided by the congress’ secretariat.
• Poster size should not exceed 0.90m in width and 1.20m in height. Presenters should put up their posters at the number assigned to their abstracts by 08:00 AM – April, 15th.
• The posters will be displayed during the whole meeting (April 15th – 17th). All posters should be removed at the end of the congress.
• The award of the posters will be on April 16th, starting at 04:30 PM
